Network Engineer

We are seeking a new member for our network engineering team to assist with client support and network troubleshooting. A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a desire for professional growth are required.

Certifications: Minimum A+/Network+ and MCSA. CCNA or greater a plus.

Qualifications: Prior experience with Windows domain-based networks and server based environment. The ability to configure, install and troubleshoot servers is a must. Experience installing and configuring Cisco and WatchGuard products a plus. Experience in a help desk environment and the ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues at a client site are also pluses. Effective written communication, documentation, verbal and listening skills with both techinical and non-technical personnel.

Experience: A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience required. Information Technology degree a plus.

Relocation: For qualified people who reside outside of the Bellingham area, we would help with relocation expenses or consider a partial telecommuting arrangement once the initial training phase has been completed.

Business Analyst/Account Manager

We are seeking a new member of our account management team to assist with supporting existing clients as well as developing new business. A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a desire for professional growth are required.

Qualifications: Prior experience in an account management or sales support position. The ability to interact with upper level management at existing clients and the ability to field incoming inquiries from new accounts is a must. Prior experience preparing and presenting proposals to clients is preferred. This individual should have the ability to expand their book of business with support from our marketing team. A professional demeanor and the ability to work independently as well as within a team framework are important.

Experience: A minimum of two to four years of experience in a sales or sales support role is required. Prior experience in a technology or service related company is preferred.
